ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  We do, however, offer store credits and damaged item exchanges.   In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery for an exchange. We will replace the damaged item with exactly the same style, size & color (all tags must still be attached). Hats can not be returned for any reason. 

Clearance items can not be returned or exchanged!

Refunds are given in the form of store credit when a duplicate item can not be found for an exchange. We do not refund shipping & handling so all credits will be given less the shipping costs.
